Vendor Table Reservation – Important Policies

Vendor tables may be reserved by:

· DM purchase: $120

· On-site purchase: $125 (includes a $5 processing fee)

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All vendor table reservations are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, under any circumstances.

2. Table Transfer Policy

Vendor tables may only be transferred to another vendor with prior written notice and written approval from the event organizer.

Any unauthorized transfer is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

3. Mandatory Pack-Up & Vacate Time

Due to strict hotel overtime regulations and penalty fees, the following schedule will be strictly enforced:

· 9:00 AM – Vendors begin set up table

· 5:00 PM – All vendors MUST begin packing

· 5:30 PM – All vendors MUST fully vacate the venue

4. Enforcement & Penalties

Failure to comply with the mandatory pack-up and vacate time may result in:

Immediate removal from the venue, if necessary

· A permanent ban from all future events hosted by the organizer

· Any fines, penalties, or additional fees incurred due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the violating vendor.

5. Agreement to Terms

By reserving and purchasing a vendor table, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated above, and agree to comply fully and without exception.
