Shipping Policy - SnorNap

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (unless specifically noted otherwise on product pages). Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. During high-volume periods, processing may require additional time.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items have special handling and shipping timelines:

  • Release Date Shipping: Pre-order products will ship on or around their official release date, which is clearly listed on each product page.
  • Mixed Orders: If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, your entire order will ship when all items become available. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
  • Payment Processing: Your payment will be processed at the time of pre-order placement, not at shipping.
  • Estimated Delivery: Each pre-order product page will display an estimated shipping window (e.g., "Expected to ship May 16-20, 2025").
  • Updates: We'll email you with any significant changes to the expected release or shipping date of your pre-ordered items.
  • Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipping begins. Once processing starts, our standard return policy applies.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing

Important: The shipping speed you select applies only after your package has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Your payment for expedited shipping does not affect our processing time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Delivery Locations

We ship to all addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories. This includes:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Package Responsibility

Please note that once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. While we'll assist with filing claims where possible, SnorNap cannot be held responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost during transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Damaged by the carrier
  • Held by customs

Customs & Import Fees

For shipments to U.S. territories, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
