Return Eligibility
Final Sale Policy: All trading cards and products containing trading cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason except as required by law; this includes all individual cards, packs, boxes, collections, and sealed products regardless of condition.
Product Condition & Manufacturer Defects
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the issue.
For factory-sealed products, please understand that we are not responsible for minor manufacturer defects, including:
- Small tears in the shrink wrap
- Corner dings or edge wear on packaging
- Slight scuffs or printing imperfections
- Other minor cosmetic issues on the packaging
Special Circumstances for Unsealed Products
For products without factory sealing (such as certain booster boxes, single cards):
- Any claim regarding tampered or missing contents requires video evidence
- Your unboxing video must include a visible timestamp, your name, and order number
- Products must remain in continuous camera view throughout the unboxing
- Videos without proper identification cannot be accepted for claims processing
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Products opened or used after delivery (except for documented defects)
Starting a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our team at return@snornap.com with your order number
- Include photos of the item(s) you wish to return
- Wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back
- Follow our provided instructions for return shipping
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
After your return is received and inspected:
- We'll notify you about the status of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your financial institution may require additional time to complete the credit
Order Cancellations
Important: All preorder sales are final. By placing a preorder, you understand that:
Cancellation requests for preorder items are subject to a 30% processing fee to cover our transaction costs.
Additional Notes
- Forgotten discount codes cannot be applied after purchase
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone using automated purchasing systems
- Repeated return requests may be subject to additional review
